Free Shipping for Domestic Exchanges/Returns: For all domestic orders, we include a complimentary FedEx return shipping label and offer free shipping on all domestic returns/exchanges
We only ship domestically at this time.
We ship standard FedEx Ground orders ship within 1-4 business days of order placement date. Ground shipping transit time is 1-5 business days from our offices in Brooklyn.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of receiving your order. If a previously purchased item goes on sale outside of the 15 day return window it will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sale prices are subject to change.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of arrival at our offices. Please allow 10 business days from the date your refund is processed for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all genhappy garment tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered we will contact you and either send back to you or donate to charity.
Contact us atinfo@genhappy to reserve your replacement item. Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
